Lugia, better known as Shadow Lugia or XD001, is Emile's un-nicknamed Lugia in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. He previously belonged to Greevil.

Lugia first appeared in a cameo in the opening cut-scene of Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.

Greevil used the Shadow Lugia against Emile. Lugia knocked out Voltaire, but it's efforts proved futile, as Emile snagged it on just the third attempt.
