"We head back to the Radio Tower after some unfinished business in Goldenrod Underground!"
Summary[]
Emile continues through the Rocket Base in Goldenrod City, battling old and new grunts alone the way. Off-camera Emile trained his Pokémon up to around L32 - Lv35 and after a battle with a Rocket Grunt would use his Fire Stone on Roary causing him to evolve into an Arcanine. Using he newly evolved Pokémon to get a "cheap" win by digging into the ground and having the opposing Pokémon use Self-destruct. He would finally go to save the Director, where Emile would receive a Card Key in order to save the Radio Tower and all the Pokémon inside it.
He would pass by a Cargo area to try and find some items but realizes that they do not want him there (Just yet)
He would make it to the Radio Tower and start to defeat several Team Rocket Members, where he would have a Rematch with Proton. During his battle with Proton Vui would grow to Level 36 and would evolve into Espeon. Emile would then start a battle against Ariana but would have to end the episode after only defeating her first Pokémon due to the time limit.

- This is the episode where Roary evolves into Arcanine.
- Emile revealed here that he was going to let Eevee evolve via Happiness into either a Espeon or a Umbreon without minding which one he got.
- He originally wanted to try and get Espeon but due to when he records it was unlikely, fortunately for him Vui did evolve into Espeon in the end.
- This is the first battle where an Team Rocket Admin battle would be continued through to the next episode.
