Pandora (Pokémon Emerald)

Pandora is Chugga's Absol in Pokemon Emerald. She was caught in Episode 27. Part of the reason for him using an Absol was to prove that it was better than people gave it credit for. However, despite winning her first battle and often proving her worth in battle, he still got criticized for using her. Chuggaaconroy has even called out Pandora's critics in one of his Emerald episodes.
