Emile put his Egg in the PC To obtain a Spearow from Webster to give to a man on Route 31 to deliver some mail. In this part, we can see him delivering this main to obtain a TM But is unknown if he returned the Spearow to get the HP Up or if he stored Spearow in the PC.
