Episode 12: In Good Company
Emile wished to capture a Darumaka solely to show its PokéDex entry in White. After some searching on Route 4, he found a Level 15 female, against which he sent out Ottawa. The powerful Dewott used Fury Cutter twice to weaken it, taking a bit of damage in the process from Darumaka's Fire Fang and Rage attacks. Then Emile threw a single Poké Ball, succeeding in catching it.
Episode 21: The Train Going Nowhere
Darumaka, along with the rest of Emile's catalog of Pokémon, was seen in the PC when Emile withdrew his Entei in order to capture Zoroark.
Episode 29: Charge N Up
Darumaka, along with the rest of Emile's catalog of Pokémon, was seen in the PC when Emile was looking for a Pokémon to teach Fly.
