Chamomile is a Skitty that represents Emile in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX.

Nickname Origin

"Chamomile" is a play on the words "camo" and "Emile". It was chosen because Emile claimed he was going under "deep cover" while in the Pokémon world.

"Emile" was not chosen due to wanting originality.
"Nova" was considered for the moon on Skitty's face and the Fairy-type moves it learn.
"Blake" was considered because the Skitty is, in a sense, half-human half-cat like the RWBY character of the same name.
