Emile encountered Rhyperior in the second battle room of the Pokemon League. After most of Bertha's team was defeated, Rhyperior and Vanity faced off. Vanity only had to us one surf to make Rhyperior faint. Rhyperior didn't have the chance to get in a hit or use his Sitrus Berry.
